Hi, I'm Dr. Sunny Smith
I wanted to be a doctor because of the profound impact of physicians on my own family’s life growing up.
I had no idea about the culture of medicine and how it would impact me and my family.
I ended up becoming a Full Clinical Professor, Director of multiple programs, and an awarded medical educator.
I had the family, the job, and had “arrived.” Yet I found myself again constantly overworking.
Then a bike accident in 2017 brought all that to a screeching halt.
That's when I found coaching. When I went back to work I was a different person, with a different perspective. I said no to many things I used to say yes to. I went part-time.
I felt all women physicians needed to know what I had learned.
That they didn't have to do things the way they have always done them. That they have choice, agency, autonomy, and self-efficacy.

I brought my experience and skills from medical education best practices, along with decades of advising and mentoring into the coaching space and built the most comprehensive and collaborative coaching program for women physicians.
Understanding your current burnout score is the first step in feeling better. We take an assessment, and then we make a plan. Just like we do with our patients.

I loved the community of other physicians, talking about concerns that I shared, and exploring opportunities that I found truly inspiring.
I am no longer overwhelmed. I am now allowing myself to dream of all of the things I could become. Its just a new world full of possibilities, which are all so exciting!
"I can't say enough about how motivating, empowering, and life-changing this experience has been. I feel like it gave me permission to finally follow my career dreams."
I did not know how much I needed it until I was in it. It has really exceeded my expectations and the changes I have made have been bigger and better than I would have ever thought.
I honestly think it has positively impacted almost every single relationship in my life
I loved the diverse group of coaches who were involved in the program. Each one of them were talented
at general coaching but some had their specialized skills that I could tap into to for various issues.
We welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community including those who do not identify as "female" or "woman". We have also had members who identify as male. Our programming and messaging often speaks to the experience of those socialized as women. We welcome members of historically excluded groups including BIPOC and URIM physicians.
We hope that this can be a safe space for all.
